At Umbrella Insights, we help individuals and couples resolve issues related to sex and sexuality. We provide a safe space to explore the most intimate aspects of our psychosexual wellbeing and erotic lives.
We use a non-judgmental, sex-positive (or sex-neutral) and kink-affirming approach. We work with individuals and couples experiencing intrusive sexual thoughts, discrepancies in sexual desire, and low sexual desire. We work with people to enhance erotic and sexual well-being, develop ease in talking about sex and sexuality, learn about different sexual practices and activities, gain knowledge around sexual health and wellbeing, and most importantly, have fun while having sex!
