Family therapy focuses on strengthening relationships and supporting communication in ways that make room for each family member’s experiences and needs. We recognize that families are systems — dynamic, changing, and shaped by relationships across generations — and we work with families to navigate conflict, emotional disconnection, life transitions, and moments of stress with curiosity and care. We work with adult families, siblings, and families with younger children. Sessions may involve parents, caregivers, siblings, or children depending on the goals of therapy and the family’s preferences.
Grounded in attachment, developmental, and mentalization-based therapies, our work aims to increase perspective-taking, emotional attunement, and mutual understanding.
